Dance Creation Choreography competition this Saturday

Please come and support this is wonderful initiative that has come to Brisbane from The Australian Institute of Classical Dance and Marilyn Jones ex prima Ballerina of The Australian Ballet. The aim of Dance Creation is to develop a new generation of choreographers for ballet and contemporary dance.

This is a non for profit event that gives choreographers an opportunity to present their work to be considered for some great prizes such as choreographic placements with The Australian Ballet, Houston Ballet. The Qld Ballet, NZ Ballet, Expressions Dance Co. WA Ballet Company and The Aust Ballet School.

This competition has been running for many years in Melbourne, in fact Rosetta was the first prize winner it back in 1996!! A bit of history there.

Michelle, Rosetta and Vanessa ( who is one of the esteemed judges) will be there so come and join us!
