We started the day with Mushrooms Scandia and beautiful French Champagne. Then we moved on to Stuffed Chicken thighs wrapped in Prosciutto; Zucchini and Tomatoe Gratin; Pine Nut and Ginger Rice and finished off with Bistro Cheescake. Then we all sat down and had a wonderful lunch together. Susan Hislop, our new Social Convenor did a wonderful job in co-ordinating this event. Thankyou to Sally for an excellent presentation on French food. And a big thankyou to Donna for so kindly hosting the event at her home and making us all so welcome.
